Shows you and tells you so much.
Your downward gaze shows an internalization and a thoughtfulness that makes you want to feel your thoughts, your musings, through reading, to fathom, to feel. The accessories, the old portable typewriter, the books that have been read many times, the old chair and the table that holds things, all tell a story. The wall that borders the picture is also showing its age. Everything is reduced and the whole focus is on internalizing your thoughts. The room also has something of a study, even a cell, where nothing distracts, where only the most important things are present.
It shows me a completely different Presley, the nomad, the hermit, the only thing that describes the otherwise so elitist Presley is the little splash of color on the pocket square and the matching edge of your shirt.
